来源:“Off- and Nearshore Wind Energy”,上海科技情报研究所整理国外海上风力发电场技术正日趋成熟,建成的风电场容量为2.75至165.6MW(详见表1),规划中的风电场容量为4.5至1000MW[3]。而海上风电场产业还处于“做中学”的阶段[5],对于以往的经验教训进行总结对未来产业发展是很有必要的。笔者之前已依据德国专业研究机构公开的“Case Study:European Offshore Wind Farms-A Survey for the Analysis of the Experiencesand Lessons Learnt by Developers of Offshore Wind Farms”报告[4],调研了目前已建的全球最大装机容量的丹麦Nysted海上风电场和英国第一批海上风电场中的Scroby Sands海上风电场(基本情况见表2)的建设和运行情况,根据以上2座海上风电场的招标、生产商选择、建设和运行经验,可以总结出以下经验教训。
